Well, it's finally that time! The NorCal Tough Mudder that I registered for NINE MONTHS ago is upon us (me and my other crazy friends that signed up for this thing). Saturday, September 17th we will be running a grueling 11-mile course that ranges between a 6,000 and 8,300 foot elevation, swimming in frigid, muddy water, climbing impossibly high walls, running through fire and getting electrocuted. No, there is nothing wrong with us, I swear! It is all for a good cause...the Wounded Warriors Project, a really great organization that aids injured vets once they come home. You can find out more about them here: http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/
If you would like to help me raise money for these folks, follow this link and type in my whole name, Susannah Denegree: https://register.toughmudder.com/Fundraising/?event=2837
Thank you so much in advance and wish us luck! We're DEFINITELY going to need it!!! Oh, and if you'd like to see the actual course we will be running, here it is: http://toughmudder.com/events/norcal2011/nor-cal-2011-course-map/
I'm a little scared...
